McCune-Albright's syndrome: deformity of the femur.
This AP film shows marked coxa vara and bowing of the shaft. The cyst-like lesions and areas of medullary sclerosis are typical of fibrous dysplasia. The cortex is thin, particularly at the lateral margin and stress fractures are present in the proximal femoral shaft. Such changes often progress and may result in a 'shepherd's crook' deformity of the upper femur.
